We built Campus Resources Hub to help parents find a tutoring program without handing their information to a dozen different websites. This page explains exactly what we collect when you use our inquiry form, why we collect it, and who ever sees it.
What we collect
When you fill out the "Find My Match" form, we collect:
- The parent or guardian's name, email address, and phone number
- Zip code, to find programs that actually serve your area
- General information about your child's needs, such as grade level and subject
We do not collect your child's name or any other identifying information about your child. We only ask for the parent's contact details and a general description of what your child needs.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to match your family with a tutoring program in your area that fits the grade level and subject you described. Once we've identified a fit, we share your contact information and stated need with that one matched program so they can reach out to you directly.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with the specific tutoring program or programs matched to your inquiry. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for unrelated marketing or advertising purposes.
Cookies
This site does not currently use tracking cookies or analytics beyond what's needed for basic site function.
Data retention and security
Information you submit is stored securely and kept only as long as needed to complete a match. If you'd like your information removed at any time, contact us and we'll take care of it.
